Dressed with a pale salmon pink color with bright reflections, Pierre Zéro Rose Sparkling wine is a pretty fine delicate and persistent bubble. The nose with muscat, floral and fruity aromas of currants and raspberries, on the palate gives way to this beautiful full dew foam softness and freshness.

  80% Chardonnay, 20% Merlot.

• Making process

  The grapes are harvested at night to take advantage of the low night temperatures. The vinification and the production process are then carried out using traditional methods. A de-alcoholisation stage takes place in order to bestow on Pierre 0% its true significance. The bubbles are produced, the alcohol-free sparkling wine is bottled before being dressed in its unique style.
