After much deliberation, we have decided to only sell our Artisanal Crackers by the case for now because of the frailty of our crackers. Shipping by the case best protects our crackers throughout the shipping process. They will be packaged with bubble wrap and come to you in their case box. We do all we can to ensure they get to you unscathed, but we are also at the mercy of our shipping partners so unless there are extenuating issues, we WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR BROKEN PRODUCT.
